Sadly NOT actually a post on the long-awaited (by me!) Durrty Goodz album, I keep missing the UPS guy when he comes to drop it off!

IN the meantime, 9/11 was also release day for the similarly long-awaited (seriously, I feel like I've been hearing these live for like a year now?) DIRTY PROJECTORS album, "Rise Above," (yeah maybe important enough to actually buy!) now conveniently streaming, in its entirety, with track-by-track Longstreth commentary (yeah that is Charlie and Sam from Zs guesting awesomely), at Paper Thin Walls. Wowowoww I've said enough about this band in the past year or so - or have I, really? - and etc etc but this is pretty much totally unfuckwithable (wait, could the production be a little warmer or is it just me?), just go gets, this is obviously seriously fucking good and a niiiice seasonal soundtrack for what seems for all intents and purposes like the first day of fall - I'm wearing flannel, as I hope to be for the next three months or so -
